Step 1: Normalize framing first
If product photos are framed inconsistently, resizing alone will not fix the storefront. Adjust the composition before export so products sit at a similar scale across the catalog.
Step 2: Resize for storefront use
Use Ecommerce Image Resizer or Product Photo Resizer to bring each image into a consistent output size. This is especially useful for collection pages where shoppers compare items quickly.
Step 3: Watch file weight too
